Position Summary: The Closing Specialist is responsible for coordinating real estate closings and managing the full lifecycle of closing transactions. This includes assembling, preparing, reviewing, and verifying loan closing documents while ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements. This role manages an active pipeline of transactions to ensure files are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established service level agreements while delivering high-quality support to clients, lenders, and settlement partners.
