About this role
As a Program Associate in Literacy, you will contribute to WestEd’s professional learning services that improve access to high-quality, assets- and evidence-based literacy instruction. Drawing on WestEd's evidence-based programs, including Reading Apprenticeship, Writing Apprenticeship, QTEL, and structured literacy approaches, you will collaborate closely with the Language and Literacy team to design, facilitate, and evaluate professional learning; provide classroom-based and leadership team-based literacy coaching support; and contribute to curriculum and resource development that centers people and advances literacy achievement.
