About this role
This position is for the territory of Southern Indiana (see attached county map). Position provides direction at the agency level to meet the overall corporate goals and objectives. The individual will manage the assigned territory and work together with underwriting teams to meet written premium, loss ratio and service objectives. Individual will work with assigned underwriting teams to assist in the selection and development of agents in the assigned territory. This position will also be responsible for new Commercial Lines risk selection, pricing, and negotiation within a select group of agents within assigned authority levels.
