About this role
The Western States CAT Technician Academy is an elite instructional program tailored to the heavy equipment industry. Located at our Kimberly, Idaho branch, this 10-month program combines instructor-led classroom training, with hands-on labs and job-shadows. The program concludes with a two-month paid internship opportunity. Upon successful completion of the Tech Academy, student interns will have the opportunity to join the WSECO team as full-time technicians at one of our state-of-the-art Western States Equipment locations.
