AVP, Investments needed by Welltower, Inc. in Dallas, TX to Establish and maintain an integrated portfolio performance dashboard covering occupancy, acuity mix, payer mix, revenue mix, operating expense ratios, capex, debt service, and key clinical indicators (e.g., readmission rates, CMS ratings, quality metrics).
