About this role
As a Waterton Service Manager, you are experienced in the maintenance of multifamily apartment communities and value creating and maintaining a ‘great place to live’ for our residents. The Service Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance team and overseeing the overall maintenance of the community- repairs, make-ready process, and preventative maintenance.
