About this role
As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee and motivate a team of leasing professionals. You will lead all activities associated with selling and renewing residential apartment leases with a focus on generating qualified prospective residents, touring the property and following up with prospective residents, and preparing lease packages. You will set monthly goals for the leasing team and ensure team has the necessary tools and guidance to achieve results.
