Sentry is growing in Sioux Falls, and we’re seeking a Project Manager to help deliver projects the right way: concept to completion, design-build, and construction management. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives on balancing client relationships, technical expertise, and day-to-day project execution.
Your Role
- Oversee projects in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure markets - Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project reporting - Collaborate with Sentry’s in-house divisions — Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Steel, Manufacturing — to leverage our self-performing capabilities - Mentor field leaders while ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards are met - Serve as the client’s primary point of contact and trusted partner throughout the build
What You Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience with a General Contractor - Strong financial, scheduling, and communication skills - Leadership ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
