About this role
**Position is eligible for $20/hour starting wage** Residential Treatment Technicians at our inpatient addiction recovery facility for pregnant and parenting women play a critical role in supporting New Start residents on their journey through recovery. This position involves providing modeling and support to the residents and their children as they complete the program, ensuring they are guided with empathy and understanding. Residential Treatment Technicians perform in accordance with the policies and procedures of Volunteers of America, Dakotas, and promote the agency positively among staff, residents, and community members.
