About this role
As a Senior Functional Support Consultant, you will provide support for Vistex customers utilizing Vistex Post-Production Program. You will be providing L2 and L3 level support for Vistex Applications. Shall bring functional and technical expertise in analysing and resolving production issues backed with proper root cause analysis. Shall also take up additional change requests as and when they are raised by customer, participate in roll outs, testing cycles, training and cut over activities as needed.
