About this role
The Youth Program Success Coach plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, safe, and engaging out-of-school time (OST) programming across multiple sites. This flexible, mobile position directly supervises Site Coordinators and Assistant Site Coordinators and supports all OST staff through coaching, mentoring, modeling best practices in youth engagement and behavior management, suggesting and facilitating program improvements, and being counted in daily staff-to-youth ratios as needed to maintain compliance and program quality. This position will support staff providing afterschool programs in the following schools: Garfield Elementary, Hawthorne Elementary, Jane Addams Elementary, Lowell Elementary, and Whittier Middle School.
