**This position is eligible for a $1,500 hiring bonus** The Floating Site Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring consistency, safety, and quality across out-of-school time program sites by providing short term coverage during Site Coordinator absences. This highly flexible role requires the ability to step into different school-based programs on short notice, quickly assess site needs, and ensure smooth day to day operations while maintaining compliance with all licensing and organizational standards. The Floating Site Coordinator does not typically plan weekly lessons or own long term site operations; however, they must be prepared to implement existing lesson plans and prepare and facilitate high quality activities when needed.
