As a Vitality Living Sale/Leasing Director, you are responsible for executing the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with professionalism and a deep understanding of the community's lifestyle, amenities, and value proposition. The Sales/Leasing Director creates meaningful customer experiences that help prospective residents envision a vibrant, maintenance-free lifestyle centered on connection, purpose, wellness, and belonging. This position supports resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and proactively manages lease renewals in alignment with Active Adult best practices.
