About this role
Manages a case load of antenatal, postpartum, newborn and pediatric home care patients. The nurse will complete the nursing process; assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, for patients in the case load using a family-centered and developmentally appropriate approach. Collaborates with members of the interdisciplinary team, health care providers, and community services to ensure that patient needs are met and utilization of services is effective. Supervises other home care staff as necessary.
