About this role
Help patients to improve their quality of life by finding solutions to their challenges while working with them in their homes. At the delegation of the Occupational Therapist, assists in the interventions as outlined in the patient’s plan of care. Works closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high quality patient care. Supports practices and communicates the VNH’s Mission and Statement of Values.
