About this role
The Inside Sales Specialist – PAP Resupply is responsible for ensuring continuity between CPAP patients and VieMed and setting to maximize patient satisfaction of services. This role focuses on increasing sales, billed revenue, and new patients in accordance with department goals. The Specialist optimizes comfort and well-being through sales activities. Additionally, this role is responsible for obtaining, processing, and completing CPAP resupply orders accurately and in a timely manner to ensure patient needs are met.
