JOB SUMMARY The Community Services Supervisor is directly responsible to the Executive Director for the day-to-day operations of the program services. The Community Services Supervisor manages the functioning of service delivery teams, which provide a wide array of community-based youth and family support services. These services may include child and family team planning, resource acquisition, case management and linkage, interagency collaboration, prevention and early intervention, outreach and engagement functions, and community education activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Monitors and controls the delivery of community service programs in accordance with Agency standards and acceptable professional practices.
