About this role
Under the supervision of the Residential Services Supervisor (RSS) and the Residential Counselor II (RC II), the Residential Counselor I (RC I) is responsible for the care and supervision of severely emotionally disturbed children (residents) assigned to the facility in accordance with the mandates of public law, state regulations and Agency operating plans.
