About this role
As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and other members of the executive team, acting as a force multiplier to enhance leadership effectiveness and organizational impact. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and executive presence to navigate the complexities of a high-growth public company environment. This role is on site five days per week in San Antonio, Texas and will require travel on a as needed basis. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
