About this role
The purpose of this position is to service VCM’s global institutional client base, providing a high degree of attentive and dedicated client service from institutional account inception and onboarding, through to day-to-day client service and support. We are seeking a seasoned, strong team player possessing high initiative and a good understanding of investment processes and products. The successful candidate will work closely with members of sales, investments, legal, risk and client reporting departments. This role will be responsible for institutional clients as a member of the International team. VCM’s Boston location requires employees to be 4 days in the office. This position reports to: Director, Head of Client Centricity, Administration & Operations International Business.
