General Summary and Purpose: Senior Regional Director is responsible for representing Victory Capital & Victory Shares and Solutions Strategies (mutual funds, ETFs and SMAs) within the RIA Market Segment. The Sr. Regional Director A Wealth Advisor Specialist will provide technical information on the products they represent, demonstrating a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, financial markets and industry related topics. The Sr. Regional Director will also act as a consultant in the areas of practice management and portfolio construction. In field sales responsibilities are to drive Victory Product and improve Growth Rates and Net Flows for VCM assets under management, which are primarily focused on the Registered Investment Advisors Channel (RIA Channel).
