About this role
The Quality Leader - Microbiology is responsible for leading the microbiology and biological quality control function for Verdesian’s Seed Treatment and Inoculants (ST&I) business. This role is critical to closing a current capability gap: the design, control, and assurance of products containing live microorganisms. This individual will establish the site’s microbiological infrastructure from the ground up, implement robust quality systems for biological products, resolve existing product and process quality issues, and lead the organization’s transition from traditional agricultural chemistry to biological product manufacturing. This is a highly hands-on, operational leadership role requiring a strong presence in both the laboratory and on the production floor.
