About this role
This position is responsible for technical leadership for technical development of new products, technical support for the current portfolio, and training of sales representatives. Verdesian Life Sciences has an extensive portfolio of bio-based solutions. The TDM serves as the technical and agronomic lead supporting the development, positioning, and adoption of bio stimulant and biological technologies across high‑value specialty crop systems. This role bridges R&D, Product Management, Sales, and growers by generating field‑trial data, translating biological mechanisms into practical recommendations, and supporting commercial teams with credible, science‑backed agronomic insights. Effective interaction with marketing, manufacturing, sales, business development and regulatory is critical.
