About this role
We are seeking a Senior Digital Hardware Engineer with experience in high-speed PCB design, FPGA and SoC systems, DDR memory interfaces, and multi-gigabit SERDES for next-generation broadband platforms. You will own design around FPGAs, SoC processors, DDR memory subsystems, and multi-gigabit interfaces (PCIe, 10–50Gb Ethernet, SERDES). This role focuses on digital system performance, signal integrity strategy, and scalable hardware architecture across major product lines. This is a senior, hands-on system-level architecture position focused on high-speed digital performance and real hardware validation — not a management track role Technical and engineering team leadership qualities are essential. Hybrid work supported (typically 2–3 days on-site for lab bring-up and validation).
