About this role
As a Manager, Agile Delivery, you will play a critical leadership role in enabling meaningful member and business outcomes by building and leading a high-performing team of Scrum Masters and coaching cross-functional delivery pods. You will ensure consistent, effective agile delivery practices, strengthen delivery predictability and flow, navigate complex dependencies and risks, and continuously improve delivery performance while maintaining alignment with Vancity’s governance and delivery framework.
