About this role
As a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering, you are accountable for defining and scaling the quality engineering system across multiple workstreams. You translate business strategy into a clear technical strategy, establishing the architecture, standards, and engineering practices that enable quality at scale. This is a senior engineering leadership role, responsible not just for outcomes within a workstream, but for ensuring the entire QE system consistently produces high-quality, scalable, and efficient results across the organization. You guide Managers and teams, shape long-term direction, and make critical decisions that define how quality engineering is practiced across Vancity.
