About this role
As a Manager, Quality Engineering, you are accountable for delivering quality outcomes for a business workstream. You operate at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and business, ensuring that quality engineering execution translates into predictable, reliable, and production-ready outcomes. This role goes beyond technical leadership—you are fully accountable for whether quality has been achieved, including release readiness, risk management, and visibility to stakeholders. You lead a team of QE Leads and SDETs, balancing delivery execution, people leadership, and technical oversight to ensure quality is embedded end-to-end in the delivery lifecycle.
