About this role
The Regional Recruiter is responsible for high-volume, full-cycle recruiting to support manufacturing operations across an assigned multi-site region. This role partners closely with Plant/Operations leaders and HR to fill hourly production and skilled manufacturing roles (e.g., Production Operators, Material Handlers/Forklift, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse) across multiple shifts, ensuring a strong candidate experience, timely starts, and compliance with hiring and safety-related requirements.
