District Supervisor Trainee Position Description: The District Supervisor at United Dairy Farmers is responsible for oversight, leadership and management of 6-9 stores assigned. The primary responsibility of a District Supervisor is to ensure the delivery of outstanding service to every Guest across each store by following the five phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience (Invited, Welcomed, Well-Served, Respected, Fulfilled), including insuring stores maintain a UDF standard of excellent store conditions. The District Supervisor ensures the safe and efficient operation of all stores within the district while complying with all laws and regulations, and all company policies and requirements.
