About this role
The People Coordinator supports the execution of the People team strategy by coordinating core HR processes with a focus on labor relations. This role provides day-to-day support for collective agreement administration, grievance and disciplinary processes, employee relations, and benefits and pension administration, while contributing to broader People initiatives. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, detail-oriented, proactive self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills. They exercise sound judgment, manage priorities effectively, and bring a collaborative, service-focused approach to supporting managers, employees, and union-related processes. Salary Range: $55,000–$60,000. This is a current vacancy within our organization.
