About this role
As part of our energetic and talented Customer Care team, you will support the administration, coordination, and delivery of United Way’s Impact Speaker Program, while also supporting Days of Caring and other Facilitated Engagement activities during the busy campaign season. These programs help strengthen community engagement, build understanding of United Way’s impact, and create meaningful experiences that support workplace campaigns, donor engagement, volunteerism, and community impact. This position reports to the Program Lead, Engagement Facilitation. This is a temporary full-time Monday – Friday position (32.625 hours/week, half day on Friday). The term for this role will be July 20 - December 18, 2026.
