Unison Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care in community based. Responsibilities include health assessments, medication administration and education, and direct nursing care. This role consists of one 8-hour outpatient day shift and four 8-hour community-based day shifts in Bowling Green supporting ACT and outpatient clients.
