About this role
Miami, FL | Full-Time | Field Sales Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | $80,000+ Annual Compensation at Plan
If you can walk into a restaurant and start a business conversation, keep reading.
Sauce helps independent restaurants take more control of their online ordering and delivery business — and keep more of the revenue they work hard to generate.
We’re building our presence across Miami and looking for a bilingual Outside Sales Representative who knows how to create opportunities, not wait for them.
This is a true hunter role.
You’ll be in the field, working an assigned territory, walking into restaurants, meeting owners and operators, uncovering pain points, scheduling demos, following up, and closing new business.
No cubicle. No waiting around for inbound leads.
You get the territory, the target accounts, the training, and the opportunity. You bring the energy.
The Opportunity
Restaurant owners are busy.
They’re dealing with labor, food costs, margins, online orders, delivery fees, and a dozen other things at once.
Your job is to earn a few minutes of their attention and show them why Sauce is worth a conversation.
That takes confidence.
It takes persistence.
And sometimes it means hearing “not interested” and walking into the restaurant next door with the same energy.
If that sounds more exciting than intimidating, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Own an assigned Miami territory of independent restaurants and small restaurant groups
• Walk into targeted restaurants and connect with owners and operators
• Start business conversations around delivery fees, margins, online ordering, and customer ownership
• Ask smart questions and uncover what’s costing the restaurant money
• Show owners how Sauce can help improve the economics of their delivery business
• Turn cold introductions into qualified opportunities and demos
• Follow up until you get an answer
• Handle objections and close new accounts
• Keep your activity, follow-ups, and pipeline accurate in CRM
• Build Sauce’s presence in the local restaurant community
You Might Be Great at This If…
• You can talk to almost anyone
• You’re comfortable walking into a business and asking for the owner
• You build rapport quickly
• You don’t need someone handing you warm leads all day
• You can hear “no” without taking it personally
• You’re competitive and like having a number to chase
• You follow up when other people give up
• You manage yourself well in the field
• You take coaching, make adjustments, and keep moving
• You want your performance to have a direct impact on what you earn
Spanish/English bilingual fluency is required.
Sales Experience Helps. Drive Matters More.
You do not need years of traditional B2B sales experience to get our attention.

One Last Thing
Outside sales isn’t for everyone.
You’ll hear no.
You’ll walk into restaurants where the owner is busy.
You’ll have days when you have to create your own momentum.
But you’ll also have the opportunity to build relationships with business owners, solve a problem that directly affects their bottom line, build a territory, and get rewarded when you perform.
If you’re bilingual, confident, resilient, and ready to walk through the door instead of waiting for someone to open it for you, we want to meet you.
