Ministry Administrator: This position plays a vital role in supporting the Experience & Expand Pastors, their teams, and the overall ministry of Sage Hills Church in Wenatchee. This position ensures organizational strength and excellence by creating systems and processes that free pastors and leaders to focus on the greater mission, vision, and strategy of Sage Hills Church and the Wenatchee community.
By managing administrative tasks, streamlining communication, and proactively addressing operational needs, the Ministry Administrator strengthens the effectiveness of the ministries under these pastors. This role enables the church to flourish in its mission: to RISK our comfort, REACH our community, and RELEASE freedom in Christ. Level 5 Pay Scale [min wage - $25/hr]
