About this role
Senior Technical Director, Global Manufacturing Programs, serves as a strategic technical leader for MedSuRe Africa and other assigned global health manufacturing initiatives. This role provides end-to-end technical leadership, translating organizational and donor-driven strategies into executable program plans, and ensuring consistent delivery against technical, timeline, and stakeholder objectives. As a senior leader, s/he is accountable for overseeing technical execution across multidisciplinary teams. This includes establishing technical direction, aligning work plans and milestones, managing risk, and ensuring quality and coherence across manufacturing, regulatory, and market.
