The Student Registered Nurse Anesthetist (SRNA) Employment Track is a critical recruiting pathway for the University of Maryland School of Medicine’s to support its vision of building a robust CRNA team. CRNAs are vital members of the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. CRNAs provide expert anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons and a variety of healthcare providers in order to deliver high-quality, holistic, evidence-based anesthesia and pain care services. Additionally, CRNAs are expected to actively contribute to the educational, safety and quality, and research missions of the department.
