General Purpose: The Associate Director of Professional Services is a key member of the company Management Team and is responsible for delivery of client services projects related to implementation of RxLogix products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Project Implementation
•
• Responsible for Business, Validation and Training workstreams of client implementation/upgrade projects
• Define the client implementation/upgrade project execution strategy
• Support project charter and project plan reviews
• Review project status reports provided by respective project managers and take appropriate actions to meet the delivery timelines
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on client projects

• Provide leadership and strategic plan for managing the resource requirements of the organization.
• Responsible for maintaining strategic direction and growth
• Proactive capacity planning, management, resource utilization and cost containment
• Provide feedback to CoE processes and toolsets for improvements

• Establish standard product implementation practices
• Periodic analysis of metrics and lessons learnt and identification of improvement for continuous process improvement
• Maintain a global repository of implementation artifacts
• Team Management:
• Provide support to the head of department in managing resource allocation, staffing decisions, and professional development
• Continuously train and mentor direct reports to ensure that they are following delivery methodology, processes, systems usage, and are meeting or exceeding performance standards
• Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries
• Conduct regular meetings with team members
• Project assignment for team members
• Conducting performance appraisals for team members, giving guidance to staff, conducting performance improvement plans, taking disciplinary action, and interviewing candidates for open positions
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master degree from highly credible institutes
• Minimum 12+ years’ total work experience including minimum 10 years of product/project delivery experience in life sciences.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position in a fast-paced technology industry
• In-depth knowledge in life sciences domain, regulatory requirements, business process improvement.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements of Aggregate Reports – PBRER, DSUR, PADER, IND etc.
• At least 5 years of experience in client implementation projects
• A background of success in a highly technical environment is a must, along with a proven ability to quickly learn, master, establish and apply new technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, no exceptions
• Advanced abilities with standard office software applications (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation, project plan) is required
• A distinctive blend of business, IT, financial, and communication skills
• Excellent analytic, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Highly desirable to have experience in software development for Healthcare or Life Sciences companies.
• Hands-on experience on drug safety applications like Argus Safety, ARISg etc.
• Experience working with international cross-functional teams is highly desirable
• Project Management experience is a plus
