About this role
This role supports the Assistant General Counsel, Privacy, advising on privacy matters, identifying and mitigating risks, and helping to accomplish the privacy goals and mission of Bally’s. Background in US privacy laws is required (and Canadian privacy laws is preferred), together with experience in privacy program management. This role will report to the Assistant General Counsel, Privacy and play a strategic role in the implementation of Bally’s North America privacy program. The successful candidate will work closely with a wider team of varied stakeholders including members of the North America Legal Department, Data, Marketing, Cybersecurity, Product/Technical and North America Compliance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
