The LCoE Learning & Development Manager – Cebu leads the startup phase of UCT’s Cebu Learning Center of Excellence. This role provides global learning leadership, governance, and high impact execution as part of a two person team responsible for accelerating capability development across UCT. The Manager translates UCT 3.0 strategy into clear learning priorities and delivers high speed content development, standardization, and global alignment. This role serves as the operational hub for the Global Learning Organization, supporting regional training managers and site training focals by centralizing content, ensuring consistency, and enabling readiness for ramp, NPX, and operational excellence.
