About this role
The Facility Supervisor ensures optimal performance of building infrastructure and services, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of systems such as wastewater treatment, scrubbers, DI systems, and compressors. This role enforces health, safety, and environmental compliance, manages vendors and budgets, and implements sustainable practices. It also optimizes space utilization, coordinates renovations, and maintains security protocols. With strong leadership, problem‑solving, and technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, the supervisor ensures safe, efficient, and cost‑effective facility operations to support UCT’s semiconductor manufacturing environment.
