About this role
The Surface Finishing Process Engineer develops and optimizes advanced electropolishing, passivation, and cleanroom finishing processes for ultra-high purity semiconductor components. This role designs production jigs and fixtures, implements final cleaning and packaging procedures, and ensures compliance with SEMI standards. It leads NPI transfers, performs surface quality measurements, and collaborates with production, quality, engineering, and global customers. With expertise in electrochemical processes, cleanroom operations, and CAD design, the engineer drives precision, reliability, and innovation in UCT’s Israel operations.
