This role ensures employees are capable of performing cleaning, coating, and related service processes safely, consistently, and to quality standards. This position functions as a floor-based leader and technical resource, reinforcing standard work, coaching employees in real-time, and helping maintain throughput, quality, and compliance in a high-precision semiconductor services environment.
