About this role
The Security Manager directs and coordinates day-to-day operational activities of security department by performing duties and responsibilities personally or through subordinate supervisors. They are responsible for the supervision and performance of the Security Officers and other staff as required. They ensure the physical security and safety of the entire property. They ensure compliance with the state gaming authority, Internal Controls, operating procedures, and the alcohol and beverage commission. Develop and implement programs to safeguard all guests' and team members' welfare and assets. In addition to providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.
