About this role
The Planner IV establishes and manages production build plans to meet customer demand, ensuring on-time shipments and coordinating closely with CBO and cross-functional teams. This role tracks progress, manages work orders, and mitigates risks by monitoring clear-to-build readiness, expediting critical materials, and controlling WIP and inventory levels. Acting as the production representative for ECO/CCB management, the planner advises on cut-in dates and delivery commitments. By updating KPIs, analyzing risks, and supporting departmental reporting, the Planner IV drives operational efficiency, proactive problem-solving, and customer satisfaction in UCT’s Malaysia operations.
