The Supply Chain Program Manager role at UCT is responsible for driving strategic supply chain initiatives across the Asia region to support operational excellence and customer success. This position leads projects focused on material margin improvement, supplier base regionalization, lead-time reduction, and product site transfers. It partners with account management, quoting teams, and category managers to design competitive and resilient supply chains, ensuring cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and production readiness. By engaging in NPI programs, supplier capacity planning, and customer support, the Supply Chain Program Manager strengthens UCT’s ability to deliver on-time, cost-effective solutions and reinforces its leadership in the semiconductor industry.
