Job Summary: The Health Information Management (HIM) Clerk is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of patient health records. This role supports the daily operations of the HIM department by processing, retrieving, scanning, and filing medical records; assisting with record requests; and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA regulations, and federal/state laws. The HIM Clerk plays a vital role in supporting patient care and the overall efficiency of the health information management process. This will be a PRN non Benefitted Position
