About this role
The Front Desk Supervisor is a key leader within DraftKings at Casino Queen’s Hotel & RV operations. This position will serve as a liaison between the guests, hotel/RV staff, and the Director of Hotel Operations. The Front Desk Supervisor will drive exceptional customer service, team building, efficiencies, and collaboration between guests and DKDKCQ team members. In addition, this position will assist the Director of Hotel Operations with creating and updating departmental policies and procedures, hiring top talent, training, and development team members, and event set up.
