About this role
The Director of Facilities is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and performance of the Facilities/Engineering function for the property. This role directs the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of building systems, equipment, and physical assets across the property, including guest-facing and back-of-house areas. The Director of Facilities oversees preventive maintenance programs, utilities management, regulatory compliance, capital planning support, contractor performance, and department labor management while maintaining service standards, operational continuity, and asset protection.
