About this role
The Players Club Representative assists in executing all efforts of the Marketing department including Bus Tours, Direct Mail, Promotions and Events and assists guests to enroll in the Players Club program. We are primarily filling positions for late night and overnight shifts. Ideal candidates possess superior customer service skills, problem solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn various computer systems and programs. 1 to 3 years of previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
