About this role
Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Casino floor, including Ambassadors, Lead Ambassadors, Lead Gaming Technicians and Gaming Technicians. Ensures that customer service standards are exceeded at all times and that all operations personnel are committed to excellence in the performance of their assigned duties.
